The offer is provided by VT Markets LLC (“the Company” or “VT Markets”) to the Company’s clients.

1. This offer is open to new and existing partners of VT Markets who are under the CPA Affiliates, Introducing Broker or Hybrid program who are eligible subject to the terms and conditions of this offer.

2. By participating in this promotion, partners acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. The compete dates and prizes for this offer are shown below:

6. The ranks of participants are determined by the highest competition point, which is defined as the smaller of the following 2 values:

   1. total net deposit generated by all clients under each affiliate.

   2. 0.5% total notional value traded by all clients under each affiliate.

7. Any commission and rebate generated by the participants will be deducted from their net deposit amount.

8. Stats from Sub-affiliates are not included and will not be counted towards this competition.

9. Participants’ achievements for the whole promotional period will be counted regardless of the opt-in date within the promotional period.

10. VT Markets will announce the prize winners on this website and the cash prizes will be credited into the respective account within 15 business days of the following month after the offer ends. Participants hereby acknowledge and consent that the Company can publish the first name and account ID of the winners, as provided to the Company, pursuant to the Privacy Policy of the Company.

11. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse affiliates’ participation in the promotion if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

12. VT Markets will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms at its sole discretion.
